SYMTOMS OF TINNITUS
People suffering from tinnitus (buzzing in the ears, or ringing, or whistling, or hissing, or swishes, or tinkling, or pulses, or puffs, or other bothersome noises, which can be intermittent or continuous) know how difficult it is to cure this condition.
CAUSES OF TINNITUS
Tinnitus is obviously caused by chronic irritation of the nerve centers of the brain connected with the auditory nerve, but may at times be caused by acoustic trauma, such as the constant use of a jackhammer or the ear-breaking sounds of disco music.. If the person was not exposed to acoustic trauma, the most likely cause may be that of toxic substances in the blood, acting on an constitutionally delicate and hypersensitive acoustic apparatus. The treatment should thus focus on “detoxification“.
TINNITUS IS SIMILAR TO HEADACHE
In the page of this site dedicated to headache – disorder that has a lot in common with tinnitus, both consisting in a chronical irritation of the cerebral nerves – the method I would suggest for a subject with particularly sensitive brain nerves is to start with the reduction of the general state of intoxication.. I think that it would be worth trying this method even for those suffering from tinnitus. If younotice an improvement, kindly send me an e- mail with the history of your problem, and I shall try to give you further advice – without any effort on your part of course, in order to further improve your condition. In many cases I would recommend to undergo a Mayr Therapy, which has proven to give the best and most stable results for tinnitus.
MY FIRST SUGGESTION FOR TINNITUS
My first advice, however, is to completely skip dinner for two weeks, because I have noticed that those suffering from tinnitus are very sensitive to the amount and quality of the food they eat at dinner. Thus, if after two weeks ear noises decrease slightly, it would prove that the “dinner” factor should be taken into account if you want to get further improvement. It is obvious that upon skipping dinner in those two weeks you must have a rather substantial breakfast, since just one daily meal is not enough for most people. As a rule, skipping dinner for two weeks would practically not be too difficult, so I believe this is a test you should do by all means. There are many assumptions one could make after such an experiment – with regard to the fact that dinner probably plays a role in the onset of tinnitus – but in my opinion the more likely factor is that this reduces certain toxic substances arising from the decomposition of food, which stagnate in the intestines longer at night than during the day.
MAYR THERAPY FOR TINNITUS
The Mayr Therapy is the second and decisive step to take after the elimination of dinner. Its main objective is to specifically and permanently reduce the stagnant fecal toxic substances in the gut, since it improves the efficiency of intestinal peristalsis.
